I am a veteran of almost fifteen of teaching, serving in public and private education from 5th to 12th grade and focusing on writing, literature, mathematics, and world history. I have taught everything from English as a second language and AP Literature & Composition to multiplication tables and the quadratic formula — with a few colorful side notes, like ceramics and ballet. I am a Level 2 Google Certified Educator, and I have worked as an educational technology consultant, helping teachers to integrate new technology into their classrooms in powerful and meaningful ways. I also continue to tutor Algebra because I just can’t help myself!
At home, I have the supreme privilege of growing and learning alongside my own three children.
